Professional High Gloss Liquid Chromium (or Chrome Marker), looks like actual metal! This marker provides excellent coverage (see video) and works on most surfaces. The tip is 2mm (a bit big for details, IMO, but you can create a little paint pool somewhere else and then use a brush with it if you want more precision).

Note: It looks like a mirror while you paint, but it dries even better :)

I have personally tested this marker and have used it on many of my restoration and OOAK videos.
